"My PTG" enables you to efficiently submit new service requests and monitor the status of existing tickets for faster resolutions. The portal also provides access to our comprehensive service catalog and a robust knowledge base. Additional training resources will be available to help you maximize your IT services.

To access the "My PTG" portal through Microsoft Teams, you will need to log off and then log back in. The portal can also be accessed as a desktop app and on the web at https://myitportal.net/login.
